We want you to be fully satisfied when you buy our products online. However, if you are not satisfied with the purchased products, you can return them in compliance with the return conditions below:<\/p>

The buyer may return a product within 14 calendar days, without invoking any reason and without incurring costs other than delivery. Thus, according to GEO no. 34\/2014, the period of returning a Good or giving up a Service expires within 14 days from:<\/p>

  • the day on which the Buyer takes physical possession of the last Good \u2013 if the Buyer orders through a single order multiple products that will be delivered separately<\/li>
  • the day on which the Buyer takes physical possession of the last Good or piece \u2013 in case of delivery of a product consisting of several lots or pieces<\/li><\/ul>

    General conditions for returning products:<\/strong><\/p>

    • The products you return must be in the same condition in which you received them.<\/li>
    • The return is made with the initial labels intact, the original invoice and all the documents with which the product was delivered.<\/li>
    • The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and accompanied by the accessories \/ gifts with which it was delivered.<\/li>
    • If you bought several products of the same kind and want to return them all, make sure that only one has been unsealed. The return of the other products is accepted only if they are sealed.<\/li>
    • Products on which unauthorized interventions have been made, those showing signs of wear or excessive use, scratches, chipping, blows, mechanical \/ electrical shocks, products that lack accessories are not accepted.<\/li>
    • Any return must be preceded by a notification of the intention to return. The renunciation of purchased products is made only after an institution by e-mail, at the vanzari@cosmetikorean.com, or by filling in the return form.<\/li>
    • The return of the value of the products purchased on the www.cosmetikorean.com will be made, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product \/ products, by bank transfer, to the bank account specified by the customer.<\/li>
